Refund policy

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the item.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to WordUp Studios t-shirts with your own text, since they are made to your specifications (Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act). If the t-shirt is faulty, the right to complain applies as usual.

How to cancel a purchase

  1. Email us at wordupstudios.uf@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item and include your order number. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.
  2. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not send the item back before you have received them.
  3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay the return shipping yourself.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the item and the original shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. The money is refunded using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown that it has been sent.

The item must be returned in essentially the same condition as when you received it. If it has been used more than necessary to examine it, for example worn or washed, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Exchanges

Since every t-shirt is printed just for you, we do not offer exchanges of size or colour. Instead, you can cancel your purchase and place a new order.

Cancelling before delivery

Want to cancel before your order has shipped? Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Faulty items (complaints)

If your t-shirt is faulty, for example damaged, incorrectly printed or not the item you ordered, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for three years from when you received it. Email us your order number and a photo of the fault. We will send a new t-shirt or give you a refund, and we cover all shipping costs. Please do not send the item back before you have received instructions from us.
