Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently only ship to addresses in Sweden.
Shipping cost
- Shipping: 49 SEK
- Free shipping on orders from 600 SEK
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery time
Every t-shirt is printed only when you order, by our production partner Printful. Printing normally takes 2–5 business days, after which the t-shirt is sent by post. Allow 5–10 business days from order to delivery. Once your t-shirt has shipped, you will get an email with a link to track your parcel.
If you order several t-shirts, they may in some cases arrive in separate parcels.
Delayed delivery
Contact us at wordupstudios.uf@gmail.com if your delivery is delayed. In the event of a significant delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, or not at all, email us your order number and preferably a photo. We will arrange a new t-shirt or a refund.
