How long does delivery take?
Every t-shirt is printed only when you order, within 2–5 business days. It is then sent by post. Allow 5–10 business days from order to delivery within Sweden. Once your t-shirt has shipped, you will get an email with a link to track your parcel.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Sweden costs 49 SEK. From 600 SEK shipping is free, which means when you buy two t-shirts.
Can I make a t-shirt with my own text?
Yes, in WordUp Studios. You write up to four lines and choose the font, text size, text colour, t-shirt colour and size. We read every text before it is printed. A t-shirt with your own text costs 399 SEK and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, since it is made to your specifications. If something is wrong with the t-shirt, we will send you a new one.
Which size should I choose?
Our t-shirts have a regular, straight fit. Every product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for a more relaxed fit.
Can I exchange the size or colour?
We do not offer exchanges, since every t-shirt is printed just for you. On our own designs you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, though: cancel the purchase and place a new order. You pay the return shipping yourself.
How do I return a purchase?
Email us at wordupstudios.uf@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your t-shirt and include your order number. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not send the t-shirt back before you have received them. The right of withdrawal does not apply to t-shirts with your own text. Read more in our terms of purchase.
Something is wrong with my t-shirt. What do I do?
Email us your order number and a photo of the fault, for example a misprint or damage. We will send a new t-shirt or give you a refund, and we cover all shipping costs.
What are the t-shirts made of?
Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 in 100% organic, ring-spun cotton. The print sits on the back and is made with DTG, directly into the fabric. The front is blank, that is our signature.
How do I wash my t-shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash at max 30 °C and do not tumble dry. That keeps the print looking good for longer.
How do I pay?
By card or any of the other payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in Swedish kronor. As a student company (UF) we do not charge VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What is a student company (UF)?
WordUp is run by four students at Klara Södra gymnasium within the Junior Achievement Sweden (Ung Företagsamhet) programme. When you shop with us, you have the same rights as in any other online store.
